Severe Weather Alert
Please be advised the HOA has received information that sidewalks in various areas of our parks have ice on the surface. DO NOT walk on these surfaces.
Freezing drizzle and snow are expected, with temperatures below freezing. These conditions will linger through at least Friday.
Untreated roads and walkways are treacherous. Conditions are expected to worsen overnight. Pedestrians should use extreme caution when out walking and driving should be avoided, if possible.
People, pets and plants should be kept inside.
Remove hoses, drain bibs and wrap outside faucets in newspaper and then cover in plastic.
Pedernales Electric Coop members should call 1-888-883-3379 to report an outage or use the online outage reporting system on the SmartHub website.
City of Austin Utility (all members of Shady Hollow are City of Austin water) please call 311 to report an electrical or water outage.
Please call 911 in a life threatening emergency.

Pool Re-Opening
Shady Hollow Pool Re-Opening
General Swim By Reservation
Starting Saturday, July 18th, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
General swim will re-open on Saturday, July 18th from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Online reservations for two-hour slots will be required with a maximum capacity limit in effect. The online reservation system is available a week at a time to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to utilize the pool. Reservations will be canceled for guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled reservation.
Face Covering Requirement
Per state and county order, "Every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household; provided, however, that this face-covering requirement does not apply to any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering;” A face covering is not required while swimming. Staff and visitors are also required to complete a temperature check prior to entry.
